He often looks like he rolled out of bed without brushing it(which is more or less what happens.) He's got what some people call a 'puppy face', with big baby blue eyes (courtesy of his father) and young looking features, his mouth seems to always turn up very slightly at the edges. His speech sounds a little like your typical surfer dude, incredibly chilled out and relaxing. He's been said to smell like a tropical mixture of mangoes and the ocean. He's got warm skin, a trait of being an Apollo child. These two factors make him great for hugging! Fletch stands at 5'5 and weighs 136 LBS. Fletch also has a large scar on the back of his right shoulder left by a Phoenix. The scar looks like a mixture of a deep cut and a bad burn. Fletch sports a surfer style, usually wearing shorts that hit below the knee, a tank top or t-shirt. He likes wearing flip flops and his seashell anklet. When he's training he opts for sweatpants and the oldest camp shirt he owns with the sleeves cut off. He does also have very nice clothing, wearing dress shirts and things of that sort in casual settings.

Fletch has a kind heart and is known around camp as being incredibly happy all the time. Like really, it's kind of scary. He doesn't like to take things really seriously, though he does realize that some situations call for it. He loves to smile, and has a generally care-free attitude. Fletch is very passionate when it comes to people and things he cares about. He has an undying loyalty about him and when he's by your side he sticks to it. He's a trustworthy friend and will do what he can to help you whenever he can. Fletch has a love for playing the violin his father gave him. (he's pretty good, if he does say so himself!) He carries it everywhere he goes over his shoulder. This is also partly because the violin transforms into a bow with a quiver and arrows. Archery is his absolute favourite activity in camp, and if he's not hanging out with his friends, Fletch is most likely to be found off in his own world impaling straw targets with arrows at the range. He is very rarely angry, and absolutely hates the feeling of any negative emotions, so he tends to try looking on the positive side of things.
Fletch is simple minded at times, and doesn't always grasp the full concept of some things. He's incredibly clumsy, cursed (not literally) with two left feet. He'll trip over absolutely nothing. Sometimes, Fletch will run into things he doesn't know exactly how to handle, which leaves him feeling rather useless in the end. He can get emotional, and when he does have negative feelings, he will feel them hard. He has little to no pokerface, and wears his emotions on his sleeve. Another fun fact about him, is that Fletch is terrified of the dark, and has what's called Nyctophobia. He hates being in dark rooms, especially alone, and being out at night makes him very uneasy and jumpy. He's alright sleeping in his cabin (because he's surrounded by his siblings) and he's slightly more comfortable in dark places if he has the company of someone close to him.
Other than that, Fletch is brave, and will fight for what he loves and believes in with a pure heart.

Apollo and Alohi met one day at a local music store. Alohi was browsing the acoustic guitar section when she noticed a handsome man with blonde hair sporting sunglasses looking at a rack of Ukulele's. Liking what she saw, Alohi began to flirt with the man. Apollo liked how bold she was, and also admired her passion. Alohi was intrigued by the Gods charm and knowledge for music. The two hit it off instantly.
They started seeing each other and spent many evenings on the Hawaiian beaches together with their guitars, a bonfire and their voices. Alohi saw it as the best few months of her life and quickly fell in love with Apollo. Soon, the two conceived a child, and Apollo had to leave. Alohi was heart broken and furious at the God. He explained everything to her, but she didn't believe him at first, not until he took her for a ride on his chariot and they rose the sun together.
Fletch was born nine months afterwards. Alohi named him "Fletcher" as a tribute to his father. She spent one year with him, and loved her son more than anything. Sadly, she was unable to take care of him properly while balancing student loans and rent with only the support of a part time job, so she sent him to New York to live with her parents, who had moved to the city just a year before. Alohi continued her studying, and misses her son everyday, though she does not reach out to him, fearing his reaction to her giving him away.
Fletch grew up with his very traditionally Hawaiian grandparents, who never gave up their culture even if they had moved to New York City. He never understood why his mother gave him up, and his grandparents never told him much in attempt to keep him from realizing he was a demigod. This only made Fletch feel abandoned, and he now holds his only grudge against his mother, who he has never heard from.
Fletch had a pretty normal childhood, that is, with the exception of the occasional unexplained experience. He was a fun-loving kid and definitely a handful for his grandparents. He tried hard in school, despite his average C grade due to his learning disabilities. He had many friends, and wasn't bullied much. He was nice to everyone and everyone appreciated it. His best friend, though, was a boy named Casper Firlie, who was bullied a lot for a disability he had in his legs. Fletch defended him every moment he could, and the two were inseparable. So inseparable, that Casper was always with Fletch. The two practically lived together. His grandparents knew Casper was a satyr, so they were more than welcoming to him.
One day, while Casper and Fletch were getting pizza from their favourite pizza place, they were attacked by some Laistrygonians. Casper managed to get Fletch to safety, and when they told his grandparents they sat down in the living room and Fletch was told about what he was, and about Camp Half-blood. He didn't believe it at first, but it didn't take him long before he accepted what they told him. He and Casper were chased by the fire-breathing giants the whole way. They arrived at camp, bloody, bruised and tired. Camp has been his home for for years, and he loves it passionately.

-Possesses the ability of hypnosis. (Works better over monsters/nymphs/satyrs)
-Possesses the ability to swap emotions. (As in, taking away someone else's pain to carry it himself, while he leaves them with his positive emotions. This is a skill he has not perfected, nor does he know about it.)
